Everything you need for a smooth, relaxing stay

A few quick tips, a few simple guidelines, and a whole lot to enjoy. Take a minute to get familiar, then get back to what you came here for.

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Quiet Hours: After 11:00 PM

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

​

  • No smoking anywhere inside

  • Dispose of cigarette waste properly outside

  • Keep doors and windows closed while smoking outdoors

​

A $500 cleaning and damage fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Trash Tips

Help us keep the valley buffalo-beautiful:

​

  • All trash must be in tied trash bags

  • No loose trash in the bin

​

If the raccoons can’t get into it, you’ve done it right.

Recreational Guidelines

Help us protect the property and keep things safe:

​

  • No fireworks or firearms

  • UTVs allowed on gravel only

  • Speed limit is 10 mph

  • No driving or parking on grass

​

Before You Settle In

A few simple things that help keep the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone

Hot Tub Guide

Sit back, relax, and enjoy it the way it’s meant to be:

​

  • Rinse off if you’ve been hiking, swimming, or using bug spray

  • Keep the lid securely clipped when not in use

  • Air bubbles will cool the water faster

​

A $50 cleaning fee may apply if the hot tub is left excessively dirty.

Hot Tub Reset (If Needed)

If the water isn’t heating properly, a quick reset usually does the trick:

​

  • Hold the Light button for 5 seconds

  • Set display to F 1:6.0, then press Light once

  • Set display to F 2:6.0

​

Wait about 15 seconds and the system should return to normal.

Gas Grill

Everything you need for an easy cookout:

​

  • Turn the red safety shut-off timer before grilling

  • Make sure the grill is OFF after each use

  • Secure the cover once the grill has cooled

​

Don’t leave food out, our furry neighbors are always nearby.

Indoor Fireplace

Simple, quick, and gets warm fast:

​

  • Flip the switch ON and turn knob from PILOT to ON

  • Adjust flame from LOW to HIGH as needed

  • Turn the blower timer ON for airflow

​

Do not leave the fireplace running overnight.

Explore the Property

Family-Friendly Creek Access

The Little Buffalo is usually shallow in this stretch, making it perfect for wading, splashing, and relaxing by the water. Water levels can change, so please supervise children at all times.

Rapids & Swimming Hole

Just downstream, you’ll find small rapids that lead into a deeper swimming hole. Great for floating, cooling off, or casting a fishing line.

The Parthenon Plunge

Between the swimming hole and the highway sits a hidden, spring-fed pool we call the Parthenon Plunge. Cold, refreshing, and hard to forget. On a hot day, it’s about as close as you’ll get to nature’s ice bucket challenge.

Check-Out Instructions

  • Leave used beds unmade

  • Place all used towels in a pile inside the shower

  • Remove all items from fridge and freezer

  • Start the dishwasher if needed

  • Turn off the loft HVAC unit

  • Set downstairs thermostat to 70°

  • Log out of any streaming accounts

  • ​Secure the hot tub lid with clips

  • Place river towels on top of the hot tub cover

  • Cover the grill after it cools
